Currently free, probably just for the next couple of days @ B&N (also UK), Amazon (available to Canadians & in the UK), iTunes & Google Play (both available to Canadians; watch out if buying via device from Google Play, as apparently there are two versions there and only one is free), ChristianBook (DRM-free ePub available to select countries), and may also be free via other venues listed on the publisher's web catalogue page (this is a new e-release of an old book that they don't seem to have in the catalogue just yet, but when they put up the page, it should be there if they follow their standard naming practices).
