Question. Why do you put the U.S. Amazon URL before the other countries', including the U.K., when you live in (and are a citizen of?) the U.K.? I'm not saying that that's not the way that it should be (hahaha), I'm just wondering why you do it.

Oh, thanks for the post. I was able to get the first one; I already had the second one.
Possible "Next ones" include

The Prison Cookbook: A Cookbook for Prison Inmates Full of Delicious Recipes that You can Cook in a Microwave Oven! (Microwave Cookbooks 1)

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Prison-Cookb...dp/B013H0ZV80/

The Kindle Microwave Cookbook: Gourmet Entrees, Breakfasts and Desserts that you can make in 5 minutes!

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kindle-Micro...dp/B013INKUO6/

I put the Amazon.com URL first because I expect most readers to want it (it was once the only Kindle store and is still the 'mother ship') including non-US residents who don't have a country store or who want to pay in dollars or prefer to use the English language. These see a different selection of books to allow for different geographical restrictions.
