Well, it's not quite like it sounds, although it's true. I put that title to get your attention. I see that it worked. ha
Apparently Microsoft has had this program for a while. Maybe someone has posted information about it, before, somewhere on Mobileread. But Microsoft has revamped the app and now requires you to have Windows 10--with that being the case, I'm sure that it's acceptable to make another post about it.
Here are some additional salient facts:
- They're all classics, apparently. Why bother with them since these public domain books are available at bazillions of other places? Well, Microsoft does have some new, pretty, exclusive covers for the ebooks. There may be other benefits.
- They've got a rating of 4.1/5.0, from 2,907 ratings at the present moment. Microsoft says that they have been handpicked (As opposed to those other websites, with classics that have been picked by machines? ha G.).
- You've got to have a special app (as though there aren't enough of them around already. G.) to read them; it's available at the web address that I'm about to give you.

BTW--the upgrade to Windows 10 is free for most Windows users--those with versions starting at Win 7, I think that it is. Sorry, XP users. There are plenty of places on the Web where you can learn about the program. I'll help you get started by giving you a
webpage of Microsoft's. There is also a link to another Microsoft webpage at the web address that I gave you earlier.
