Anywhere Internet requires router configuration (AKA Port forwarding)
Does your Machine get the EXACT same IP as it did under W7 ?

Do you have more than 1 NIC? (Preferences: Tweaks to force)
Calibre may be listening to the wrong one. (FWIW I disabled the 10/100 mainboard port and installed a 10/100/1000 card) I have heard tales that some W10 installs adjust some modern BIOS features. No worry here, all mine is old stuff
