sorry my mistake, i thought you had the Aura HD which has a light button on the top next to the power button, as you know the H20 doesn't, try this though you might as well good luck




hold the power button down.
Tap both the bottom corners of the screen.
When the restoring message is displayed, let the power button go.

try this a few times.
