Are you quite sure? Not trying to nitpick, but did it happen to you that a preorder item went down due to this? I know if you have items in cart saved for later you get a notification that something changed price up or down. I don't remember seeing the price of Aeronaut's Windlass to go down - unless my 11.84 price is the minimum it was and has not went down ever below it.
