Luckily I only use epubs and I never shut off my reader  ... but it still shouldn't be doing that for those who prefer shutting off their reader.
Edit: I should add that I am patched and I'm pretty certain that I created the kepub from an epub just for testing purposes since I never use kepubs like I said. |

I use kepub but I don't switch off my reader (I use a sleep cover)..
Anyway, Kobo team has to insert at least a bug if it want to be happy!
