Hello Mobileread forums,

I can't get my Arc 7 HD working after dying from battery drain yesterday. When turned on it shows the white startup logo screen, but stucks at the next one (the blue "logo and bubbles" screen), bubbles popping but nothing else seems to happen.

I tried the erasing cache and the "wipe user data / factory reset" commands from the Android menu, but it did not solve the problem. I also tried letting the battery drain all the way to zero showing the bubbles, and loading the battery to full again (as if that would solve anything).

The device has served me well for half a year now, I really hope this is something that can be fixed?
