Praetorian Press publishes military books. All of the ones that I looked at are in the public domain. One (the only one that I checked) is available at
the Internet Archive.
You may be thinking, "why pay 99 cents, when I can get it for free?" Believe me, I understand the sentiment behind that.(ha) Two reasons. One is the hassle factor--it's time-consuming to do a search (it usually takes me several searches, maybe because I'm not as knowledgeable as I could be about doing the most efficient searches there). Then, the search usually turns up more than one copy of the book. You probably want to choose one of the better quality ones. That takes time. Is all of that worth 99 cents? Only you can answer that.
