Today the Kobo Arc tablet suddenly shut off, pressing power button for at least 20 seconds failed to start it again. Thinking it may be a low battery charge, I connected it to charger, and the light beside power button flashed orange. However, despite having it connected to the power source, pressing power button still failed to turn it on. Not only that, charging it for couple of hours also failed to turn it on. Could anybody suggest further diagnostic steps? Thank you.
