Removing doubled-up book covers

Hi there. I have been using Calibre for a while, but I downloaded about 60 books via the Kobo desktop before then. I recently got fed up with the Kobo desktop and decided that I wanted to sideload the 60 books I had purchased before Calibre. I loaded them onto my Aura HD via Calibre, and they are showing in my book list. The problem is that despite removing the Kobo-loaded versions via their desktop app, the icon still appears with an option to download. So for those 60 books, there are two entries for each: the side-loaded book, and then the book cover for the version that I have no intention of re-downloading via Kobo. How do I get rid of that second one? Thanks.
