That quoted email is pretty standard from them as a way to let you know they are closing the issue. I think it gets sent automatically when they close an issue or mark it resolved or something like that. They probably generated it automatically some time after sending you the coupon. I have gotten it before when I send a ticket into the author area after they have responded and resolved the issue.
