I got a 70% off coupon too that I mentioned upthread somewhere. But look out for another email from CS in a week or two. I just got one that says:

We have previously attempted to contact you as we require additional information to continue our investigation of your request. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive a response and are unable to action your ticket until the requested information is provided. We have changed the status of your ticket to a ‘pending solved’ state and would ask that you please update your ticket should the issue persist so that we may re-commence our investigation.

The only previous response I had was the apology and 70% discount coupon. No requests for additional information and today's email doesn't say what information they need to continue their investigation.
I'm afraid my response to today's communication was a little sarcastic, especially as there was a second email sent an hour or so later asking me to complete a short survey about my recent experience with Kobo CS.
