I got the black cover, It looks a little different from the Amazon page pics. First, I'm not sure it's actually leather at all. I could be wrong but it seems more of a plastic affair. This is not to criticise though - IMO it feels better than leather. It definitely has a quality feel.
The Glo HD fits perfectly. The back is nicely textured and feels very similar to the bare Glo HD back. The flap is thick enough that it doesn't bend. The right-hand side projects 2-3 mm out from the side of the device, and contains the magnet.
The cutouts are just right, and don't foul the USB cable. The reset paperclip-hole is not obscured.
The auto-on/off works properly.
The 'F' monogram is black, not white as in the picture, so blends in better.
All in all - very happy.

If you don't care about its weight, it may suit you. It weighs 130 g which is much too heavy in my opinion.
