I am trying to learn how to use the style sheets, but it's not really coming together. Spending hours on it and no further ahead. That's why I use Calibre instead of Sigil in the first place.

In this, they are no different. HTML/CSS has the same rules

You need to remember to link the stylesheets to the pages

Same In both: Select (1 or more) section files: Right click: Link stylesheets: Select sheets to use (Note any previous linked sheets on those files will be unlinked.
