Thank you. Perhaps I'm a little confused. The item "Saving books to disk" is in the german translation "Bücher exportieren". If I use the Button "Exportieren" all things are fine, it saves all files with the mutations. But I mean the saving that calibre do automatically after using the button "Add books". In this case the files are changed to the english version. Why? When in this case the handling happens like by the "Exportieren", all things were ok.
