Seems like 10 doesn't necessarily respect privacy settings even when it lets users change them: http://arstechnica.com/information-t...-to-microsoft/

Probably just a matter of MS not really thinking through the privacy settings?

But between this, the forced updates and bricking my test laptop I'm staying on 7 for the foreseeable future.
