But I wouldn't rule out issues. The problem is not because *wrong/defective* hacking of the device. The problem is that common operations within the device (as rendering thumbnail images for the Library preview) are slow, and they are slower than the auto-reboot-because-it-seems-hang threshold they have installed.

I've just installed 3.17. (and I've just patched it), but I really fear that highlighting in epubs (which is by bar, much more slower than in kepubs) could trigger it...
