Actually a mobile telephone appeared in Sabrina (the version with Audrey Hepburn released in 1954).

The main point is that because Science Fiction may occasionally contain real science Fiction does not become non-Fiction. Nor for history. Little Women is still fiction even if the Civil War really happened.
