I did apply the update, and still was able to install stuff afterwards (did try with the screensaver hack, which I did not have on 4.1.2), and I still have Bookerly as my font.
One thing that seems not to work is the reboot/autoreboot in linkss. But it works in linkfonts, so I guess it has nothing to do with the upgrade.
