Unlike Apple they don't quickly (usually within days) update their DRM every time it is cracked.
Unlike B&N they still offer discrete PC downloads.
They still support older hardware and older versions of software known to be cracked.
They update their DRM regularly but they don't seem to be DRM zealots.
(It *is* only optional, at publisher discretion, after all.)
