Thanks Blue! I read Book 2 first and really liked it, then read Book 1 and was not at all impressed so I was waffling on whether to get this one. It sounds like I had the same reaction to the books as you did, so I'm going to go ahead and get it (as if my groaning TBR pile needs yet MORE BOOKS! )
