-That first review was from 2009, I assume there must have been a Kindle edition back then of just the title story. This Open Road edition was published in 2014, it turns out to have 7 stories and is 275 pages. If you sort the reviews by 'newest first' you'll see reviews for this edition.

-Too bad the sale was for only one day and I wasn't able to post it earlier than I did!
