Finished Terry Jones' Medieval Lives by Terry Jones. It got more interesting by the end; typical British humor throughout (though it is not a comedic piece, it does use humor to keep things going).

I've started to read Flee by J.A. Konrath and Ann Voss Peterson. I bought it at the beginning of July for $4, which is twice what I am normally willing to pay for ebooks, so it must have been someone's recommendation; if I ever remember whose, I'll have to give them a little Karma, because it was immediately engaging and I know I am going to plow through this and want to buy the rest of the series.
