He's saying that we don't care about ties other than for the last spot. Any categories that fill the first 9 spots are in regardless. There will only be a run-off vote for ties competing to fill the 10th spot. C'mon Jon.


In fact, as of right now the run-off would be between Biographies and Award Winners for the last spot.
