I have no problem with the voting using the description from the first nomination post (although it would be nice to have that included in the description in the first post of the voting). I do have a problem with the "hammering out" after the 1st nomination. Everything should be "hammered out" before the first official nomination post is made.

I do not have a problem with WT Sharpe changing typos (missing parenthesis).

IMO. YMMV.
