The book was sold as being a true account of a mans life. It wasn't, it was lies, and he made a fortune from it and from being on her show. Thats fraud, plain and simple.
Same for the Milli Vanilli......they never sang the songs, but claimed they did. People do not enjoy being lied to, and we certainly do not need to accept it as 'no big deal'.
