Access to Sony e-Book Library -Fixed!!
Sony Tech Support Fixed the "unable to access ..." problem. It worked even with my Norton Internet Protection on! My machine runs under MS XP.
I finally got through to the Sony tech support tier 2 tech support geeks at 866-385-7669. A guy named Glen took control of my computer and made some changes in a script - I have no idea what he did. But after he made the changes I was able to access the Sony e-book site and library successfully and downloaded several e-books into my library.
Call the number above and tell who ever you get that a similar problem was fixed by Glen on 12/27/2008.
