This is true for the US and UK - coupons don't work anymore for Carina and Harlequin titles.
However, coupons do still work for Carina and Harlequin titles when purchased in Canada. I'm not sure why. It may have something to do with the fact that Harlequin and Carina are both headquartered in Canada.
