You can filter out protected vs non-protected books on OneClick and can still DL non-protected books. I found this PDF guide helpful

But alas, this still blows as we need a way to be able to play audiobooks in offline mode when we're away from the house. I'm still trying to figure out what the hell OneClick supports. What a crapily ran software product.
