I mentioned it in
this post. Basically what darrenmcg found out is that if you do not have the aliases for the book set up properly, it will not display the menu for all of the terms within the X-Ray.
So if you have "Arya Stark" and do not have an "Arya" alias defined in the aliases file, clicking on her name in the book will not work.
