I'm one of those who detest the password requirements for logging on to Windows 8/10, and was able to fumble through the disable password when waking up from sleep in Win8X, but never found out how to disable it on startup.

Then Win10 blew that up and I was forced to take the time during meetings to enter the password every time my surface timed out and went to sleep. What a hassle and not very impressive when the boss is talking to be poking at the on screen keyboard. So a bit of Googling revealed this

Works a treat, and since I'm the only one who use my surface, I don't really need to have multiple accounts so...
