I had the modest target of 1 book a week for 2015, as I didn't want to pressurise myself into speeding through books just to get them finished, which has happened in the past when I had a 100 book goal. However, I am now 25 books ahead of schedule, according to GR (55 books read). This does include a couple of short stories, and quite a few "shortish" books (the Hamish Macbeth series tend to be sub-300 pages each, and I've read 13 in the series this year).

I'm glad not to feel pressured, but maybe could have stayed with 100 book goal, as I'm easily going to make it, I think. Never suffered a reading slump, though I sometimes get distracted by video games...
