I continue to not see any problem.
I'm able to download that
locked story(very NSFW, btw) by itself and as the first of an anthology and I see 'Additional Tags' collected and displayed in the title pages as 'Freeform Tags' (when configured to appear, of course) and included in the calibre tags list. I tried with user/pass in personal.ini and manually entered both.
