New issue happening in VIEW window with calibre 2.33

I just downloaded and installed the newest version of calibre and I'm getting this when I close the VIEW window. After installing the newest version, I also installed the relevant ALF software. (I like to have my Amazon books downloaded into the Kindle App, whereupon I then load them into calibre.)

IO error:[errno #32] broken pipe

This happens, as far as I can tell, only when I CLOSE the VIEW window, after looking the ebook over.

I have a MacBook Pro with 8 gigs of RAM, and running OS X Yosemite 10.10.4.

I appreciate any help or suggestions anyone may have in order to fix this problem.

Thank you.
