BetterRed's suggestion is a good one.

However, if you don't want to do that then you can do what you want by:
  1. Create a "Text" custom column in each library. Be sure the column has the same lookup name in each library.
  2. In each library put the name of the library (or whatever you want) into the custom column. Bulk metadata edit is the easiest way to do this. You will need to do it again whenever you add books.
  3. In CC, connect to each library as a wireless device.
  4. In CC's settings (Setting, Grouping Drawer), add the new column to the grouping drawer (Group/sort on custom columns).
At this point you can control which books to display in CC by long-pressing on the library name in the grouping drawer.

You can do the same thing using a tag.

You can avoid the whole problem by using the grouping drawer, reducing the number of books being displayed to those with the desired author, series, tag, or what-have-you. Some CC users keep more that 10,000 books on their device and don't have trouble finding what they are looking for.
