Comments: The ebook was a Kindle Daily Deal, or something, yesterday. I noticed that it had a good Whispersync deal, but I didn't have time to post it. I hope that the ebook stays $1.99 long enough for everyone who wants the deal to get it.

Fair warning, it is in Topaz format (and I bought it anyway - haven't tried reading thru, though, to see how bad the formatting is).
