Actually the standard for SDHC is only FAT32, Not FAT as the original was called, later modified to FAT12 and then FAT16 but commonly referred to as FAT. There is now a new standard for MMC for 4 Gig but I don't know if any were every built for retail sale. MMC is now out of business and turned over all their assets.
