Does your laptop HAVE a touch screen?
You just don't GAIN a feature you did not have to begin with.

When Color Home Computers first hit the market, they used TV's for displays.

"Color images will be on Color TV's only" had to be added to all sales literature.
B&W sets were still very common and these New Fangled Computers were being returned as defective: 'No Color'
