Missing pictures
I have noticed this problem to happen for me with large pictures inside of tables. Once you take the picture out the table, it is visible again. It only happens with larger pictures.

I saw in Secrets of the German Secret Service...Kaiser Wilhelm was missing, but the pictures of visiting cards and signatures were not.
