I just got off the phone with Audible (Amazon) customer service with a perplexing issue.
I have a good number of Urban Fantasy book series that I enjoy and have purchased.
I am finding that more often now Audible books are coming out unsynced. I have become a fan of the Sandman Slim series and their latest book came out unsynced.
I called customer service and they told me that it is a difficult process and they are not doing it all of the time.
The Rep told me that she will submit a request that the book I called about be synced and for to check Audible once a month and hopefully it will get synced.
that's nuts!
