I'm a happy new user of KCC, and found the reference to this other tool of yours from your git repository.
I like it very much for the cover fix, yet I came here for the same reason of EbokJunkie's.
I am sending over usb multiple KCC converted MOBI comics, and they all get sent at the same time with multiple windows. No big deal about the transfers being concurrent, yet since they are big files, in the hundreds of MBs, and the speed is an appalling 4mb/s tops, it gets confusing as to whether consider the transfer finished or not, because the popup stays open anyway, and reports nothing (like "completed").
Also a minor annoyance is that it stays on top even if I focus another window.
Currently using Windows 8.1 64bit, for a reference.
