Hi:

My experience is that conversion in Calibre is very uneven from .epub to mobi. Sometimes the formatting works out, but often it doesn't and you wind up with a real mess of a text. And the point is that there was a perfectly good .epub reader for Kindle Paperwhite using the Kobo platform that no longer works with this so-called update. I hope it will be re-introduced for 5.6.1.1., along with the ability to add fonts, enhanced .pdf viewing, and other helpful applications.
