They basically doubled my credit, adding $6 to it. Although this credit shows under Kindle Editions and Software/Video Games as well, when the other doesn't. (But to be fair, none of the slow shipping credits ever changed those, even though they worked on eBooks.)
It was that or return the book and get a refund. (Return here being losing access to it.) I decided the extra credits was the better option.
