You will find an awful lot of people who own Android E-Ink "ereaders" use them as generic E-Ink tablets. I don't have any experience with that myself, so I don't know what specific apps are most popular among such people...
As for dedicated E-Ink ereaders, e.g. Kobo, Nook, Kindle Touch/Paperwhite/Voyage, you cannot really install things on them. Most don't run Android anyway.
And their web browsers are pretty lousy in general.
