I continue to be shocked and appalled by rudeness on the Internet, and especially in communities. I have no trouble at all recognizing there are real people behind the avatars and message text.
Every user doesn't have to love Calibre as much as I do, but to come in and blast out unhappiness, frustration, and disappointment before realizing that any of those concerns could probably have been addressed had manners been employed is just ignorance. Go Dr. Drib for the excellent response.
