I did try different fonts in order to decide upon a single standard font for all my books and that's where I picked up on this line height issue. I'm just amazed at the gymnastics that the Glo goes through when opening different books and playing with the font and Line settings, it confuses the heck out of the poor thing.
What I expect from a UI is; change a setting give feedback, visual or audible, that the setting has been initiated AND executed, just give the user a darn clue that the slider is doing as requested when it's moved, Currently the visual feedback is to refresh/flash the page, great, its just a pity that it does so even when the slider has no effect on actual setting.

Anyway, I've converted all my epubs to the same font and added Line-Height to the CSS filter field, all UI settings now work as advertised. and there's no need to fiddle with settings which might confuse the poor thing.
