I successfully flashed FW5.9 from Touch Lux 2 on Touch Lux 3.

Edit:
Unfortunately it seems that the browser doesn't work anymore. I'll try a device factory reset and come back.
Dropbox and CoolReader3 OTA Update are working fine so it's not a wireless problem.

Edit:
Factory reset solved the issue. Now I can access the browser app.
