The test build presumably has to include a bundled python
anyway, in case there is no pre-existing python3 installation. Unless you mean to have Sigil distribute multiple versions, with and without bundled python interpreters?
A major goal seems to be to
avoid requiring users to install additional program dependencies. Would be nice to test that too.
