Is there any automated way to turn plain square cover images into 3d book images? Something quick and easy? (other than photoshop, etc) ie. an app designed to to this? The top cover was submitted with book to a eBook subscription service, the bottom one is what shows on their site. I know they didn't have someone sit down and manually do that!
